Replacement Bungalow

The existing dwelling was demolished and replaced with a luxury new build detached bungalow.

It boasts 3 bedrooms along with open-plan living including two multi-purpose mezzanines. The client wanted the bungalow to be as sustainable as possible with laminated solar panels onto the standing seam roofing complimenting the air source heat pump.
